Dr. Joe Tackie
Board Chairman
Dr. Joe Tackie is currently the Chairman of the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Policy Network & Diaspora APN and has over 30 years practical experience in working with the Private and Public Sectors in Ghana. Dr. Tackie served as the Chief Director at the Ministry of Business Development established by H.E. President Nana Akufo-Addo in February 2017.
Saalai Manikam
Board Member
Ms. Saalai Manikam is a Social Entrepreneur, Promoter and MD of Arima Group which is into Agriculture & Mining. She has a passion in creating new concepts which impact social and knowledge development. Ms. Saalai Manikam is involved in various social organizations and commercial ventures around the globe as a Conceptor, Founder and Advisor. She is also inclined to motivating and mentoring individuals to achieve their ultimate potential.
Daniel Nii Otokunor Sackey
Board Member
Daniel Nii Otokunor Sackey has had over thirty-nine (39) years experience in Accountancy, Finance and Administration with Private and Non-profit organizations. He is currently the Managing Consultant of Ephesus Consulting Limited – a private Management and Financial Consultancy firm. From 1998 till he retired in 2015, he worked with Transroyal Ghana Limited where he served as Financial Controller and rose to become the Deputy Managing Director (Finance & Administration).
Kwesi Ofori Jnr

Kwesi Ofori Jnr is the dynamic founder and visionary leader of SME GrowAfrica. With a deep commitment to empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Ghana and Africa, Kwesi brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship and economic development. Under his leadership, SME GrowAfrica has become a key platform for fostering growth, innovation, and sustainability for African businesses.
Richard Norgah
Administrator & Co-Founder
Richard Norgah manages the Administration Department at SME GrowAfrica, ensuring that the organization’s day-to-day operations run efficiently. His expertise in administrative management and organizational development supports the company’s mission by maintaining smooth operations, managing resources effectively, and fostering a productive work environment.
Godwin Anyim
Finance
Godwin Anyim leads the Finance Department, overseeing all financial functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and compliance. With a strong background in finance, Godwin plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of SME GrowAfrica, enabling the organization to achieve its goals and expand its impact.
Prince Charles Ofosu
Special Projects & Programs
Prince Charles Ofosu is at the helm of the Special Projects and Programs Department, where he drives the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that align with SME GrowAfrica’s mission. His role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that each initiative delivers meaningful results that contribute to the growth and success of SMEs across Africa.

Sustainability & Partnership
Delali A. Anyigbah heads the Sustainability and Partnership Department, focusing on creating and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with SME GrowAfrica’s goals. With a strong dedication to sustainability, Daleli ensures that the organization’s initiatives promote long-term growth, environmental stewardship, and positive social impact, all while forging valuable alliances that enhance the organization's reach and effectiveness.
